I want to go to Sweden in the Summer time

Sweden is about 250 km south of the Arctic Circle. Well at least the part of Sweden I have been to is. In the winter it gets so cold there that it is actually possible to drive from Sweden to Finland in a 4X4. Not such a difficult task I hear you say.
Let me qualify my statement. You can drive from Sweden to Finland in a 4X4 - across the OCEAN!

I should know - I have made snow angels on the ocean in Sweden. I have driven a snowmobile from one island to another in Sweden ... and as much as I loved Sweden - and I did - I want to go to Sweden in the Summer time,

At first it was just because of the indescribable beauty that was so beautifully described to me the last time I was there - despite the obvious language problems.
Again let me qualify my statement - in Summer - Lulea - which is the snow covered coastal island I stayed in Sweden when I was last there is transformed into - well for lack of a better word it is transformed into paradise.
There are 700 islands in Lulea. In Summer the locals take their boats across the ocean to their Summer homes - some of them the only buildings on islands no bigger than an average front lawn. The flowers come out in Summer too apparently. And if you are lucky you can catch a glimpse of in the glorius light of the sunset at midnight.

In Winter Lulea was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and like I was saying when I first decided I wanted to go back there in Summer it was because I wanted to see if it was even possible for a place of such breathtaking beauty to be any more spectacu;ar. And while that remains true to a large extent my motivation has changed. I want to go to Lulea in the Summer time because being there in Winter is a memory I share with someone very dear to me. But a part of that memory is sad - it is a Winter memory if you will. I want to go back to Lulea in the Summer time because I want to make a Summer memory. I want to stare at the sunset at midnight. I want to row to an island and not ride there.
I really wish I had know a lot of this before I went there last year. But that's in the past and what is important is what is in the future. And in the future I want to go to Sweden - I want to go to Lulea - in the Summer time.
